Neighborhood Notice: Dock Application

DEEP has tentatively approved a dock application at 286 Linden Avenue.

If property owners in and around the Linden Shore District wish to hold a public hearing to discuss or potentially contest the construction, the best way is to pull together a petition opposing the application signed by at least 25 or more persons.

If a petition is submitted prior to September 5th 2025 with at least 25 signatures, a hearing will be set.
